My son has been attending Synergy Martial Arts for just over 2 years. He finds the classes to be quite good. He thinks they are challenging and fun! He enjoys learning new techniques, perfecting Forms, sparring, and improving his defense. He also enjoys the games they play at the end of class. Camps and the birthday parties are also a lot of fun!
